Return and Refund Policy

At NexmartLB, we want customers to shop with confidence. Please review this policy before placing an order.

Return Period

You may request the return of an eligible product within 10 days from the date it was delivered.

To request a return, contact us at info@nexmartlb.com or +961 81 796 518 and provide your order number, product name and reason for the return.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, the product must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition
  • Include its original packaging, manuals, accessories and free items
  • Show no signs of installation, misuse, damage or modification
  • Be accompanied by the order confirmation or proof of purchase
  • Be returned within the applicable return period

Products That Cannot Be Returned

  • Products that have been used, installed, modified or damaged after delivery
  • Personal-care, oral-care, baby-care and hygiene products after opening or use
  • Adhesives, waterproofing agents, chemicals or consumable products after opening
  • Products made, ordered or modified according to the customer’s specifications
  • Digital products or software after download or activation
  • Products missing their packaging, accessories, manuals or included parts
  • Products damaged by improper voltage, charging, installation, storage or maintenance
  • Clearance or final-sale products when clearly marked as non-returnable before purchase

The above exclusions do not apply when a product is defective, damaged before delivery or incorrectly supplied.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

Please inspect your order after delivery. If the product is damaged, defective, incomplete or different from what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 48 hours.

Please provide:

  • Your order number
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Photos or a short video showing the product, packaging and issue
  • A photo of the delivery label when available

After reviewing the claim, NexmartLB may arrange a replacement, repair, exchange or refund, depending on the product, available stock and applicable law.

Change-of-Mind Returns

For eligible change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for the return-delivery cost unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Original delivery charges may be non-refundable when the order was correctly delivered and the return is requested only because the customer changed their mind.

Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested replacement is unavailable, we may offer another product, store credit or a refund.

Any price difference must be paid before the replacement is dispatched.

Refunds

Returned products are inspected after they are received. We will notify you whether the refund has been approved or rejected.

Approved refunds are normally processed within 5–10 business days. Refunds will be issued through the original payment method when possible. Cash-on-delivery refunds may be completed through another mutually agreed method.

Banking or payment-provider processing times may affect when the refunded amount appears.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us immediately.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot normally be cancelled and must follow the return procedure after delivery.

Rejected or Abandoned Deliveries

Customers may be responsible for delivery and return costs when an order is refused without a valid reason, when incorrect contact or address information was provided, or when repeated delivery attempts were unsuccessful.
